Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SubscriberCounts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

SubscriberCounts provides verified subscriber count badges and profiles for newsletter creators. We connect to your email platform to verify and display your subscriber count.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Manipulate or falsify subscriber counts
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Violate the terms of service of connected email platforms
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

API Keys and Third-Party Services

When you connect an email platform, you authorize us to access your subscriber count using your API key. You represent that you have the right to grant this access.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect the Service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of your email platform.

Public Profiles

Your profile page (subscribercounts.com/username) is public by design. Information you add to your profile, including your subscriber count, will be visible to anyone.

You are responsible for the content you add to your profile. Do not include information you do not want to be public.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SubscriberCounts and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (profile information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to display this content as part of the Service.

Free and Paid Services

SubscriberCounts offers free and paid tiers. Free accounts may have limitations. We reserve the right to modify features and pricing with reasonable notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your public profile will be removed and your API keys will be deleted.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of subscriber counts provided by third-party email platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubscriberCounts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SubscriberCounts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
